Provides comprehensive clinical therapy and aftercare planning to dependents and active duty service members. There is strong emphasis on clinical case involvement with team collaboration. Actively participates in the treatment program by attending all treatment planning conferences and staff meetings and supplying appropriate disciplinary information as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. Provides comprehensive patient and family assessment, therapy, interactive therapy, and other treatment modalities. Provides primary case management through direct patient care. Must maintain current LCSW licensure. Incumbent must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends. Must have a yearly mandatory influenza immunization. Must have a child background check. Is part of a mandatory drug testing program.
