      • Perform a variety of physical examinations such as pre-appointment, pre-employment, pre-placement, annual occupational health surveillance, occupational termination, discharge, and other special physicals.
      • Treat patients returning for routine or directed follow-up, and chronic illnesses previously documented in patients' or employee medical records.
      • Examine and perform initial work-up and assessment of medical or psychological conditions that may affect occupational health or work status.
      • Determine the need for and order occupationally related laboratory tests, X-rays, and other procedures necessary to complete assessment of the employee to make the appropriate occupational disposition of personnel.
      • Perform outpatient surgical and non-surgical procedures.


    All Applicants must be licensed as a Physician Assistant by the recognized licensing agency of a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. List the type of licensure you posses and from where it was obtained. Failure to do so will result in non-consideration of your resume. Successful completion of the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) examination; must maintain status as a certified physician assistant, including completion of all requirements for continuing medical education (CME) and re-certification.
