The JPC provides a cost-effective, centralized, pathology subspecialty expertise; the sole veterinary pathology training source for the US military; stewardship of a tissue repository unparalleled in size, age, and diversity. They serve the Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and other federal agencies. As a Gastrointestinal, Liver, and Pancreas Pathologist you will:
US Citizenship required
Postgraduate Training: Applicants must have successfully completed the required accredited residency training in Anatomical Pathology with or without Clinical Pathology. Fellowship training in Gastrointestinal, Liver and Pancreatic Pathology or equivalent clinical experience and training equal to at least ≥ 3 years. Experience may not be substituted for residency training that is required for the specialty identified.
